一、研究领域:晶体结构、酶的应用与改造

黄建文副教授长期从事蛋白质晶体结构解析及相关机理研究,在蛋白质表达、纯化、分子改造、晶体培养、数据收集和结构解析等方面积累了丰富的经验。近年来主要研究目标包括以下几种酶:具有产业应用价值的工业酶;霉菌毒素降解酶及降解人工合成塑料的酶。研究方向着重于酶的分子作用机理研究、结构分析与分子改造。其科研成果在Nature CatalysisNature CommunicationsACS CatalysisAngew. Chem. Intl. Ed.JBCBBA等期刊发表30篇SCI文章,其中6篇获选为封面文章。迄今已申请国内外专利30项,已获授权19项。
